At Famous Treasures Coffee, customer satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer refunds, we do allow exchanges under specific conditions outlined below.
📦 Exchanges Only
We accept exchanges only in the following cases:

The package arrived damaged.

The product was opened or tampered with during delivery.
If your item meets one of the conditions above, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
🔁 Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please:

Email us at info@famoustreasures.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or opened product.

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Upon receiving the item, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.
❌ No Refunds or Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or general returns for:

Change of mind

Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Delayed deliveries caused by external couriers
📮 Shipping Costs
We cover the shipping costs for exchanges only if the item was delivered damaged or opened. For all other concerns, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
