About Our Exceptional Coffee

We are pleased to present a truly exceptional Specialty Gourmet single-origin coffee and blended roasts, with our signature beans sourced directly from the heart of Central America. Cultivated on a sprawling 700-acre estate, our beans benefit from the diverse microclimates created by elevations reaching up to 7,000 feet. This esteemed farm meticulously cultivates several Arabica varietals, including the distinguished Typica and Caturra.

The offer we present to you is their signature flagship coffee, representing the pinnacle of their harvest. Its production is intentionally limited, a testament to the uncompromising standards upheld throughout its cultivation and processing. The final sorting stage is an exceptionally labor-intensive process, demanding such precision that a skilled worker can meticulously select no more than 50 pounds of beans per day. This dedication to detail ensures that only the most exquisite beans meet our rigorous criteria, resulting in a truly unparalleled coffee experience.
